How to Request Account and Data Deletion
- Complete the Form:
Please fill out the form below with the required information:- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address (the one registered with your account)
- Birth Date
- Submit Your Request:
Once you’ve completed the form, click the “Submit” button to send your deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your request. - Processing Your Request:
We will review your request and process the deletion of your account and the following data:- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Birth Date
Please note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, but only the minimum necessary will be kept. Any retained data will be held in accordance with our data retention policy.
What Happens Next?
- Deletion Process: Your account and the associated data listed above will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
